What shipped

Between April 29 and May 1 we shipped five small, blunt commitments under the banner of Trust Launch Week:

  1. One price, one tier, one invoice — pricing copy made the single-tier story explicit.
  2. Subprocessors in public/trust/subprocessors lists every vendor by name, no NDA, no email gate.
  3. Honest SLA/trust/sla commits to 99.5% monthly uptime, mirrored verbatim in the Terms of Service.
  4. Voice mode in the comparison table — Free ❌ / Pro ❌ / Business ✅, no hero, no marketing inflation.
  5. Free workspace cap — three free workspaces per account, enforced at the RPC layer.

Why all at once

Each change is small in isolation. Together they answer the same buyer question — can I trust the marketing claims? — by removing the gap between what the marketing page says and what the contract says.

What’s next

The next wave of work is on documentation depth and the comparison pages. Expect more of the same: small, specific, verifiable.
