Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FIFE.BOT platform (the "Service"), available at app.fife.bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hostcamp Europe s.r.o., Company ID: 21324557, with its registered office at Nove sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic ("FIFE.BOT," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

FIFE.BOT is an artificial intelligence chatbot platform that enables users to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered chatbots on their websites and applications. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creation and management of AI chatbot agents;
  • Uploading and processing of knowledge base content, including documents, web pages, and structured data;
  • Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for contextual AI responses drawn from user-provided content;
  • An embeddable chat widget for integration into third-party websites;
  • Analytics and performance monitoring for deployed chatbots;
  • Integration with third-party services for knowledge synchronization (such as Notion, Confluence, and Google Drive).

The AI responses generated through the Service are produced by third-party large language model providers and are delivered on behalf of the User. FIFE.BOT acts as an intermediary platform and does not independently generate AI content.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age;
  • All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
  • You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate;
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account;
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each individual may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts without prior notice.

4. Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered under a tiered subscription model consisting of the following plans:

  • Free — No charge. Includes limited monthly credits, a single chatbot agent, and restricted knowledge base capacity.
  • Pro — Starting from $19 per month (billed annually) or $25 per month (billed monthly). Includes increased credits, multiple chatbot agents, and expanded knowledge base limits.
  • Business — Starting from $49 per month (billed annually) or $64 per month (billed monthly). Includes the highest credit allocation, unlimited chatbot agents, and maximum knowledge base capacity.

The Service operates on a credit-based usage system. Each AI interaction consumes a number of credits determined by the language model tier selected by the User. Credit allocations reset on a monthly basis in accordance with the User's billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, plan features, or credit allocations at any time. Any material changes to pricing will be communicated to affected Users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle;
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date;
  • You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable subscription fees;
  • All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified;
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service or any of its components;
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or to develop a substantially similar product or service;
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with usage limits, rate limits, credit allocations, or other technical restrictions;
  • Upload content for which you do not hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account.

7. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including documents, text entries, question-and-answer pairs, website content, and chatbot configurations (collectively, "User Content").

By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant FIFE.BOT a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, index, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates upon deletion of the applicable User Content or termination of your account.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to upload your User Content and to grant the license described above.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models to generate responses based on User Content and user queries. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinated information;
  • FIFE.BOT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output;
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated responses before relying on them or presenting them to third parties;
  • AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of specialized advice;
  • FIFE.BOT shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

9. Embeddable Widget

The Service includes an embeddable chat widget that you may integrate into your own websites and applications. By deploying the widget, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the widget on your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws;
  • You must maintain an appropriate and up-to-date privacy policy on any website where the widget is deployed, disclosing the use of AI-powered chat functionality and any associated data collection;
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your end users prior to their interaction with the widget;
  • The widget operates within a Shadow DOM environment for CSS isolation; however, FIFE.BOT does not warrant that the widget will be compatible with all website configurations.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and integrates with various third-party providers, including but not limited to OpenRouter (LLM routing), OpenAI (embeddings), Firecrawl (web scraping), Supabase (infrastructure), and Stripe (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of these third-party providers.

FIFE.BOT is not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of any third-party service. Changes to third-party services, including discontinuation or modification of APIs, may affect the functionality of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, user interface, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Hostcamp Europe s.r.o. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content as described in Section 7. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily provide regarding the Service may be used by us without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

12. Service Availability

We commit to 99.5% monthly availability, measured per calendar month across the platform user-facing endpoints (app.fife.bot, api.fife.bot, embed widget delivery). The full scope of this commitment, including exclusions for scheduled maintenance, downtime caused by upstream LLM providers, and force majeure events, is published at fife.bot/trust/sla.

Outside of the availability commitment above, the Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no additional warranties regarding specific performance characteristics. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The total aggregate liability of FIFE.BOT arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to FIFE.BOT during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
  • In no event shall FIFE.BOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability;
  • FIFE.BOT shall not be liable for any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, interruptions to the Service, unauthorized access to your account, or the conduct of any third-party service provider.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hostcamp Europe s.r.o., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service or any activity conducted through your account;
  • User Content you upload, transmit, or make available through the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
  • Any claims brought by end users of your deployed chatbots or embedded widgets.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@hostcamp.eu or through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if your continued use of the Service poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Your User Content will be retained for a period of thirty (30) days following termination, during which you may request an export of your data. After the 30-day retention period, all User Content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic located in the city of Brno.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit disputes to the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior notice by email or through a prominent notice within the Service. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service prior to the effective date.
